The Strover Room, named after the Principal Dockmaster, is a versatile private dining room located on the first floor of Dockmaster’s House.
An ideal space for private entertainment, meetings and product launches. The deep, luxurious décor and tantalizing menus offer a perfect combination for all requirements.

If you are searching for a wedding or wedding reception venue that is stylish and sophisticated, look no further than Dockmaster’s House. We have 4 individually designed rooms that are licensed for civil ceremonies, capacities from 20 to 80.
Our experienced and dedicated team will be on hand to guide you through the entire process whether it’s an intimate wedding or a lavish affair! On the big day you will be able to relax and enjoy, safe in the knowledge that we will deliver the perfect day to you and your guests.
We can source decor items and entertainment and our relationship with suppliers ensure you get quality products and services.
